Blockout Fabric with Black Inner Layer, Double-Sided Printing 

The image above shows a close-up of 110gsm warp-knitted polyester, the most widely-used base material for beach flags. It is a lightweight, single-layer fabric with excellent wind permeability. Printed on one side, ink penetrates through the fabric to create a mirrored image on the reverse side.

The image above illustrates the double-sided printing technique applied to a single piece of 110gsm warp-knitted fabric. Through a specialized dual-side dye-sublimation technique, the ink delivers bright, true-to-life colors on both sides of the fabric.

The image above depicts the three-ply construction of the blockout fabric, consisting of two printed warp-knitted layers with a black opaque liner sandwiched in between. It blocks light penetration and prevents ghosting, delivering independent sharp graphics on both sides.

Overview of the Three Flag Shapes

We offer three flag shapes: Teardrop Flag, Feather Flag, and Rectangle Flag. Custom shapes are also available based on your design drawings. All come in 2.8m, 3.5m, 4.5m, and 5.5m heights, with custom sizes available. The poles use a tool free shrink hole assembly with no clips for quick setup. Each shape has a different pole configuration and visual style, so you can choose the best fit for your venue and wind conditions.

Teardrop Flag(Left)

The Teardrop Flag features a distinctive curved, water drop shape that is highly aerodynamic. Its smooth profile allows wind to flow around it with minimal resistance, making it an excellent choice for windy outdoor locations. The flag is fitted with two fibreglass top rods that provide flexibility and absorb gusts, reducing stress on the pole and base.

Feather Flag(Center)

The Feather features a tall, sweeping shape with a large continuous print area. It offers strong visibility from a distance and flutters dynamically even in light breezes. This versatile shape works well for both indoor and outdoor use. It has one fibreglass top rod for flexibility and wind resistance.

Rectangle Flag(Right)

The Rectangle Flag features a clean, classic shape with straight edges and a large, evenly proportioned print area. It offers the largest canvas for detailed graphics, logos, and text messages. Unlike the other two shapes, the Rectangle Flag has no fibreglass rods; its frame is made entirely of aluminium tubing for a rigid, structured look.

About the Bases

All flag kits include a bearing equipped base that allows 360 degree rotation, effectively reducing wind load. This system is tested to withstand winds up to grade 5 to 6. If the ground is soft, such as grass or sand, please use the ground spike accessories instead.
