1. Some customers have experienced broken aluminum tubes or plastic connectors during use.
The aluminum tubes are 1.2mm thick, and the plastic is nylon. If used correctly, they shouldn't break. The cause is that the locks weren't unlocked when the rack was put away, and the rack was pressed hard. The correct approach is to unlock the locks and shake the rack before putting it away. This will automatically close the rack; do not pull it down!
2. How can I install the fabric smoothly and wrinkle-free?
1. Install the bottom display first, then the other three sides. A little extra length on the top display will not affect the effect.
2. Each side must be tightened at both ends. Do not pull anywhere in the middle. Keep the display aligned with the webbing.

3. How do I choose the right rack and display?
Aluminum alloy mesh display stands are available with round tubes. The heavier the better, the more stable. An 8*10ft rack weighing 13kg is considered good. The plastic parts of the rack must be made of new nylon, not recycled. 90*Customers using hemming have patterns on the sides, which is aesthetically pleasing.
4. Why don't we recommend shipping the screen mounted on a shelf?
First, packaging the screen inside the shelf increases the creases and may make it difficult to flatten them. Second, the increased size, with one side larger than the other, could damage the shelf during transportation. Third, installation is simplified.
5. How should I choose the packaging box and spotlights?
The screen can be packaged in an injection-molded box, which can also be used as a reception desk. We can also add a panel. Two small 160-bead LED spotlights are sufficient. Lighting fixtures should not be placed on top.
